UKSKO Under 16’s Tournament 2025

You are invited to the 2025 UKSKO karate tournament to be held at our Honbu:

For 7th Kyu to Dan Grade ONLY (Purple to Black Belts)

Timetable of Events

• 09:00 – All Under 16’s sign in
• 09:45 Demonstration by our Senior Instructors begin
• 09:55 Tournament Begins (bouts all the way to final and awards medals)
• Team Kata starts after individual Kumite Finishes

Deadline for entries / Registration Saturday 27th April 2025. 
No licence, no tournament. Apply for licence by following this link. http://www.uksko.org/licences

Individual Kumite (Sparring) Event £25 Entrance Fee Per Competitor
Spectators Fee £15 (pay on Day), Free to under 16’s (that aren’t participating)
Team Kata Event £25 Entrance Fee Per Team (instructor to register)

Categories as follows:

Junior under 12yrs

– 7th Kyu Purple to 5th Kyu Orange
– 4th Kyu Green/White to 2nd Kyu Brown/White
– 1st Kyu Brown and Above

Junior 12 yrs to under 16yrs

– 7th Kyu Purple to 5th Kyu Orange
– 4th Kyu Green/White to 2nd Kyu Brown/White
– 1st Kyu Brown and Above

Team Events – teams entered by instructor

Kata £20 per team

Speak to your instructor to enter. 3 students, 1 team per club.
Instructor to enter team on the day of tournament

1 x Pinan for preliminary round
1x High grade kata for Quarter Finals/ Semi Finals/ Final’s
